Never do I ever leave negative reviews but this is my last option to try and reach out to the team. My order has not been shipped, it’s been over two weeks and I’ve gotten radio silence. I’ve read the shipping information that was given on the website so I understand. Tried contacting the support link through email but would always fail to send through to their server being misconfigured. Customer service is horrible, tried reaching out via Instagram AND Facebook but still nothing. Thought this website was a scam and they proved my point. Never again would buy or support and will be telling others to stay away.
This sweater is probably the cutest thing I own. The material is good quality, and its really warm, so perfect for the Fall season! I can't wait to wear it. : )
