Shipping Carriers
We utilize Yun Express for shipping. Depending on your destination, the final delivery may be handled by a local carrier. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, and shipping details, including prices, currencies, delivery times, and charges, will be adjusted based on your chosen destination. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update. If you don’t receive tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@samuraiclo.com.

Shipping & Handling Times
Delivery times include both processing and shipping times. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (China Standard Time, CST), excluding holidays observed in China.

Customs and Import Fees
Any customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order with SamuraiClo, you agree that your shipment may incur customs duties or fees upon arrival, which must be paid by the recipient.
VAT and Duties
All international shipments are sent as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). SamuraiClo does not collect VAT, customs duties, or import taxes at checkout. These charges, if applicable, are to be handled by the recipient. For further information on customs or VAT policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
